Proceedings of FINAL PRESENTATION are as follows:
- Submission of Models, Reports & CD
Date: Friday, 01 March 2019

Time: 09.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Teams are advised to observe the time frame mentioned.
The group(s) will submit the following to the Secretariat:
- The finalised report on the design proposal that includes the layout and detailing of the architectural and structural elements,
- The refined five (5) A1-size presentation boards in portrait format,
- A multimedia presentation with animation,
- A scaled model of IT’S(preferably 1:200).
- Soft copy of the finalised report, presentation boards, and multimedia presentation;
- Digital photographs of the model at various suitable angles;
- At least ten (10) digital photographs of the team working together throughout the progress of the project.
- Animation for the presentation. There will be no changes to the animation for the final presentation after the submission.
Note: for items no. E, F, G and H to be submitted in a CD labelled with the Team Code (ONLY TEAM CODE)

Agenda for Final Presentation Day:
8.30 a.m. – Undergraduate Registration
Setting up of models, boards etc. outside the
Presentation hall
9.00 a.m. – Drawing of the lots to determine the sequence of groups
to present.
9.10 a.m. – Setting up the hall for verbal presentation by first group
9.30 a.m. – Presentation Begins
Each group will be allocated a minimum of 20 minutes including Q and A. However, the timing depends on the judges in their interaction with the group
The second group and groups after will prepare for their presentations in order of lots drawn.
Note that all students must report and sign relevant documents with the Secretariat between 8.30 a.m. – 9.00 a.m.
